Nepal and Kenya battling for third place

24 Jan 2015, Kathmandu - Nepal is playing against Kenya for the third place of the ICC WorldCricket League Division 2 tournament at Windhoek in Namibia.

Skipper Paras Khadka decided to bowl first afterwinning the toss at Affies Park in Windhoek.

Sompal Kami continued his fine bowlingperformance as he has claimed both the

wickets in the Kenya’s innings.

After 19 overs, Kenya has scored 68 runs for the loss of two wickets.

Kenya had defeated Nepal on the last group game to dash Nepal’s hopes of reaching the Division 1. Hosts Namibia and Netherlands, who leapfrogged Nepal in the points table with better run rate, were promoted after finishing first and second respectively. The two teams are battling for thechampionship in another match of the day.
