Bibekshil Nepali proposed Nepal's constitution on January 23

23 Jan 2015, Kathmandu- Bibekshil Nepal, a political party led by Mr Ujjwal Thapa has proposed a new constitution for Nepal which was publicized on January 23 when the constituent assembly was supposed to draft a new but it couldn't. The proposed constitution can be read following the link below;
