They have decided to wait till March 14 for the ruling parties to initiate dialogue.

The opposition's decision follows Prime Minister Sushil Koirala's statement on Monday urging them for negotiations and a subsequent briefing to a front's meeting on Tuesday by Chairman of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum-Nepal Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar about positive talks he had with the PM earlier on the day.
"The opposition alliance has decided to wait for the next couple of days to give the dialogue another shot," said senior UCPN (Maoist) leader Baburam Bhattarai.
The alliance said they will announce their agitation programmes on March 15, if any meaningful talks could not be held by then.
On Monday, UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal had said it would be appropriate to wait for someday as the ruling parties have not shown seriousness to sit for talks.
Prime Minister Sushil Koirala on Sunday had issued a press statement saying that a positive environment for talks has been created and urged the opposition parties to materialise this environment to seek a political headway.

The alliance completed the first phase of protest programme on February 28.
