10 packets of chili powder recovered from CA hal

22 Jan 2015, Kathmandu - Ten packets of chili powder have been recovered from Constituent Assembly building in Kathmandu .
The packets were found on the several corners of the building half an hour before the CA meeting is scheduled to begin.
Parliament secretary Spokesperson Mukunda Sharma said that the recovery was a saddening one.
The CA meeting is scheduled to begin at 11 am today.
